Shipping:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 days. 2-5 business days for shipping (domestic).  International please allow 7-14 business days for shipping. International orders are also shipped with tracking number to qualifying countries. If you need to know if your country qualifies for tracking you will email us via the contact form prior to placing your order. For orders placed after 2pm Fridays, timeframe will begin the following business day. Order shipped to your house with USPS delivery confirmation but you say you didn't receive it,  is not our issue you will take this up with the post office. Orders are sent to the shipping address YOU provide. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER. We ship to the address you submit with your order. If you provide the wrong address we are not responsible and if it is sent back to us you pay to re ship (we send an invoice for the shipping). If your order is delivered at the address you provided and we have delivery confirmation it is not our responsibility - you will contact persons at that address to retrieve your package. If you attempt fraud please be aware that we do investigate fraudulent activity as well. If you place your order then need to change your address we cannot change it. We will refund you then you will enter your address into the payment screen correctly. You will pay the funds reversal fee for this.

 

Returns:

All items are final sale. Refunds/exchanges are not provided under any circumstances for any reason. If there is a discrepancy with your order it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation to your address. Issues reported after that timeframe will be deemed invalid and not our responsibility. We do not replace items that fade, break, etc after use as this is fashion jewelry, hence the extremely low prices. However we do stand by the quality of our products.
